Butterfly, Flutter By... Pattern Packet -  This whimsical design is painted on a double-layer panel; with a lovely scroll emblem and dimensional butterflies! Lovely brick effect is stenciled on using Laurie Speltz Background Stencils (find them on her website: www.LaurieSpeltz.com) and the main panel has (optional) tissue paper decoupaged, to give it a fun look. I used the tissue paper from Tim Holtz, but any tissue paper will work.
