Missing Instruction for the rocks in the Guiding Light Lighthouse! :)

Step 6 – Rocks:

Using the #1 round loaded in Neutral Grey and tipped in Warm White, base the rocks in, adjusting the color by dirty brush into Soft Black and Warm White to create the variegate effects of the rocks. Float Soft Black to shade and Warm White highlight; tint with a side-load of Plantation Pine. The crashing waves are tapped on using the 18/0 liner in Warm White, float with a side-load of Warm White as needed to smudge and soften.
